**Quality Control and After-Sales Service**
IC256 guarantees that all goods we provide come from original manufacturers, authorized agents, and authorized distributors, and are all original and new components. We will provide inspection records for all orders, delivered by our customer service team. We also offer a one-year warranty period for goods after delivery. Unless the customer has a legitimate reason, we will not accept order cancellations. For example: evidence proving that our goods are not original new components. If you encounter quality issues after receiving the goods, please contact us within 3 business days, and we will replace the product with a new one in accordance with the after-sales service agreement. The after-sales service agreement is a specification to provide you with better service. Before filing a product complaint, you may need to read it carefully to handle product issues. We do not accept order cancellations after shipment; we only replace faulty products. We only accept products that are visibly damaged during transportation when you receive the package, and we request that you retain photos for record-keeping. When a customer complains about a product issue within 3 business days of receipt, we will require the customer to provide a formal product issue description to confirm the problem. A formal product issue description includes but is not limited to: written description, photos, videos, preliminary testing, etc. IC256 will replace the product with a new one and cover the shipping cost for the new part after confirming the product issue. If necessary, IC256 may request the return of the faulty product for inspection or testing. The customer should assist in returning the faulty component, and IC256 will cover the shipping cost.
**Disclaimer**
IC256 is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the normal operation of the website, striving to avoid service interruptions or limit downtime as much as possible, and ensuring users can access the internet smoothly. However, IC256 shall not be held responsible if the website crashes or becomes unusable due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, resulting in the loss of certain records, information, or data.
